At this level you agree to sweep your gutters every day, this includes the sediment as well as the organic matter in addition to the trash. You also agree to separate the sediment, organic matter, and trash and put them into their proper places. This means trash in the trash bins, organic matter into the compost bins (assuming they are available in your area), and sediment into the trash or garden.

At this level you agree to sweep at least twice a week and every other day if you have a drainage hole within your property line. At this level you also agree to keep your brain tuned into the weather forecasts to make sure you clean the gutters before it rains. Also at this level you should be collecting the organic matter as well.

At this level you just need to make sure you sweep up the trash in your gutters once a week and always before a rainstorm. All three levels really should be registered with stormpop.com to get automatic e-mails before a storm happens.

We will be doing occasional monitoring to ensure that this movement is real. Most of the monitoring will be done before a storm happens. Those not adhering to the program will be alerted that they need to get with the program or their names will be taken off the website. After a business name is taken off the website, it will cost $10 to get back on.
